William L. "Lee" "Willie" Combs, IV , 24, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Lee was the son of William L., III & Katherine M. (Mohr) Combs. A 2008 graduate of Twin Valley South High School, he was a member of the Band and the FFA. He worked at the Wendy's Restaurant in Eaton for the last 5 years and briefly for Pizza Hut in Eaton; and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Preceded in death by paternal grandmother Dorothy (Ruckrigl) Combs, and maternal grandmother Margo Mohr: and childhood friend Bobby Harrison. Survived by parents Bill & Kathy Combs of West Alexandria: sister Amber Combs & fiancé Mark Kaufman of Portage, IN: paternal grandfather William "Rusty" Combs & wife Dorothy of North Las Vegas, NV: numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
