William F. Allbright

William F. Allbright, age 44 of Eaton, passed awayTuesday morning, September 12, 2017. He was born November 8, 1972 in Dayton, OH to Jackie (Hodapp) Lee and the late Cecil R. Allbright. In addition to his beloved father, William was preceded in death by his son William Zachary Allbright. He is survived by his children Renée (Jake) Pardue and Zack Allbright; a grandson on the way; Mother Jackie Lee and husband Jace; siblings David Allbright, Michael (Isabelle Crickmore) Allbright, and Lani (Cae Landry) Allbright; stepmother Gail Toney; numerous cousins, extended family, and close friends. In every sense of the word, Bill was an outdoorsman. His most cherished times were spent fishing with friends, duck hunting with his father, and foraging for mushrooms any time that he could. He worked as a hunting guide in Canada and truly loved the time he spent there. Bill had a real passion for woodworking, using his skill to create beautiful duck calls and was happiest working outside on a project. Bill had a heart of gold and an adventurous spirit. He would have given the shirt off his back to help a stranger and done anything in his power to help a loved one. His friends and family will never forget his hugs and his heart. He will be remembered for the way that he lived his life: with everything that he had. His memory will also be proof to his status of a warrior. He fought the most ruthless of cancers and with the odds stacked against him he never lost hope and never once gave up his fight. A memorial service for Bill will be held 7:00 PM Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
