Vivian Terry

Vivian I. Terry, age 86, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, February 20, 2011 following an extended illness. Born January 6, 1925 in Clay Twp. near Brookville, OH, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Dan & Audrey Veda (Ressler) Murray. She retired in 1986 as an Inspector after 30 years of service with General Motors' Inland Division. Member of the Auxiliary of American Legion Post 762 of New Lebanon, OH. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Reuben Terry in October of 1979: and brother Gerald D. Murray. Survived by children Douglas Mills of Lebanon, OH; Donald L. Terry of Columbus, OH; Ronald L. Terry & wife Donna of Eaton, OH; Cheryl C. Werts; and S. Jane Thompson both of Brookville: 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren: special friend Robert E. Andrews of West Alexandria. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria. Interment Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
