Vearl Miller

Vearl M. Miller, 72, formerly of West Alexandria, OH, passed away on Friday evening, June 21, 2019 following a lengthy illness. Born August 27, 1946, he was a son of the late Mitchell and Christena (Adams) Miller. A kind, giving and gentle man, he had worked for many years at Rack Processing in Dayton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother Doyle Edmund Miller; and mother-in-law Rosella Goodpaster, whom he adored. Survived by loving wife Deborah R. (Goodpaster) Miller; children Christena (Chet) Hakanson of Springboro and Michelle (John) Johnson of Manchester, Ohio; grandchildren Preston, Garrett, Cody, Teal, Haley and Nathan; brother Virgil O. Miller of Riverside, OH and sister Rella Robinson of West Carrollton, OH; brother-in-law Danny (Tammy) Goodpaster of West Carrollton; sister-in-law Lori (Peanut) Goodpaster of Kettering, OH; sister-in-law Brenda Miller of Eaton. Vearl and Deborah would like to acknowledge Michelle, Brian, Brianna, Brandon, Robert, Megan, Emma, Tessa and Jean for their support and thoughtfulness. A celebration of life will be held at Marion's Pizza - 404 W. National Road - Englewood, OH on Saturday, July 20 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Arrangements entrusted to the Robert L.
