Thomas “Tom” A. McKee,

Age 72, of Eaton, passed away peacefully at his home after a long battle with cancer on June 27,2024.

He was born January 4, 1952, in Dayton, Ohio.

Tom was a 1970 graduate of Twin Valley South. In recent years, Tom was a bus driver for Eaton and Twin Valley South schools. He loved driving the bus, especially to sporting events. He was also well known for officiating and umpiring sporting events. He spent countless hours working on the family farm, making hay, working cattle or teaching his kids and grandchildren about their 4-H projects. He loved his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother Margie McKee (Uhl); brother Todd McKee; sister-in-law Joyce McKee.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years Lenna McKee (Schmidt); daughters Sarah (Jason) Hawley, Tiffany (Josh) Moreland, Calli (James) Rogers; father Don McKee; grandchildren Colton (Shayleigh) Sims, Haley Berry, Cadence (Tommy) Moore, Nick Berry, Iris Hawley, Isaac Moreland, Titus Moreland, Elijah Moreland, Olivia Ward, Knox McKee, Gracen Rogers, and Ella Rogers; great grandchildren Lyla Tucker, Cooper Sims, and Tommy Moore; His brothers Jim McKee, Brad (Becky) McKee, sister-in-law Sharon McKee; and numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Sunday, June 30 from 3PM to 6PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, West Alexandria.
