Theda L. Coleman

Theda L. Coleman, 94, of Dayton, OH, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 27, 2016 at Pristine Senior Living Center (Englewood Manor). Born November 14, 1921 in Lookout, KY, she was a daughter of the late George M. & Mellie (Bartley) Francis. She worked at McCrory's and later for Rike's Department Store, both in downtown Dayton. She was a member of the House of Prayer Church of Beavercreek. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death on November 6, 1999 by husband Oliver Coleman: son Norman "Steve" Coleman on September 6, 2015: sisters and brother Carmel Francis, Ina Fuller, Iva Tyner, Edith Strickland, and Paul Ratliff. Survived by daughter Miriam Mader of Tomahawk, WI: daughter-in-law Sue Coleman of Brookville, OH: grandchildren Tonya (John) Leach of Moraine, OH; Melissa Andrashie of Franklin, WI: great grandchildren Gina Leach, John Tyler Leach, Heather Hudson, Hailey Boehmer and Xander Andrashie: great great grandchildren Dominick, Max, Alexia and Grayson, who is on the way: brother Lundy "Duby" Ratliff of Mountain Home, TN: brother-in-law Leon Coleman of Glen Burnie, MD: numerous nieces and nephews.
