Terri L. Belcher, 57, of New Lebanon, OH, passed away Saturday morning, March 4, 2017, following a lengthy illness. Born August 20, 1959, she was a daughter of Jack and Lena (Crotty) Belcher. Terri was the Valedictorian of the 1980 graduating class of Southview High School and was a member of the Farmersville First Baptist Church. She was raised from infancy by her sister and brother-in-law Judy "Sis" and Logan "Bud" Adams. She was a devoted fan of Peyton Manning, wherever he played, and cheered for the Ohio State Buckeyes Football Team. Terri enjoyed flowers of all kinds. She was always willing to help her family plant the flowers, donning her gloves with trowel in hand, but managed to never touch the dirt or get her hands dirty. She was full of love and brought joy to all whom she met. Preceded in death by her father Jack Belcher on December 31, 2010; and brother Jack A. "Pete" Belcher in 2013. Terri is survived by mother Lena Belcher of New Lebanon; sisters and brothers Judy Adams and husband Logan of New Lebanon; Jeanette Leaker and husband Jim of Waverly, OH; Diana Dunlap and Husband Jack of New Lebanon; and Steven Belcher and wife Michele of Byron, GA; along with nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends. A life honoring service of remembrance will begin at 12:00 PM Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. Pastor Tom Vorhis will preside. Friends may call on the family from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
