Shelia D. Collins

Shelia D. (Richardson) Collins, age 60, of Eaton, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday afternoon, June 7, 2017. Born January 6, 1957 to Shirley (Jeffers) Clinger and the late J.D. Richardson. Shelia was the best Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister and friend. Family was everything to her. Shelia enjoyed teaching Sunday School, traveling, cruises and scrap booking. Shelia loved the Lord with all her heart. She is loved so much by her husband, kids, grandkids and family. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by sister Shelley Johnson and nephews Matthew Williams and Aaron Dawson. Shelia is survived by her husband of 43 years Kenneth Collins, whom she married February 15, 1974; children Kelly Jo Collins, Jeremy Edward Collins and Lindsay Dawn Collins, and all of West Alexandria; mother Shirley Clinger of West Alexandria; grandsons Austin Barrett, Cameron Collins, Dalton Sage, Caiden Kingsley and Cais Kingsley all of West Alexandria; sisters Linda (Carl) Adams of Dover, DE, Darlene (Lloyd) Thomas of Dayton; brothers Allen Richardson of Eaton and Jerry (Christina) Richardson of Camden. Friends may call on the family from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Friday, June 9, 2017 at the Plainview Open Bible Church - 1488 Johnsville - Brookville Road, Brookville, Ohio - 45309. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Pittman presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to Columbus Zoo. Burial Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria.
