Rosie Schubert

Rosie Schubert, age 79 of Richmond, Indiana went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Reid Hospital in Richmond. Born on March 2, 1936 she was a daughter to the late Virgil and Imogine (Carmley) King. Rosie enjoyed molding and making porcelain dolls, sewing and painting. She was a good Christian woman, she loved the Lord and her family. She will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bennie Wade Schubert in 2003: 2 brothers Columbus and Norman Ray King: and granddaughter Rachelle Lawson. Survived by her daughters Teresa (Butch) Jennings of Richmond; Linda (Larry) Lawson of Vonore, TN: grandchildren Alyssa Jennings of Richmond; Andrew Jennings of Richmond; Katelyn (Brad) Siegel of Fort Wayne, IN; Karly Jennings of Richmond; Tiffany (Joseph) Trentham of Vonore; Keshia (Sky) of Tellico Plains, TN; Elisha( Aliza) Lawson of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Renee ( Doug) Stratton of Xenia, OH; great-grandchildren Carter and Waylon; Gracie and Owen; Noah, Tidus, Jael and Jodi: siblings Leon ( Mary) King of Bessemer City, NC; Mae Burris of Vonore; Marie ( David) Thomas of Vonore; Vina Cooke of Concorde, NC and Richard King of Chatsworth, GA: sister-in-law Vera King of Flagstaff, AZ and special friend Viola Robbins: along with a host of nieces and nephews. Friends may call on the family from 5:00- 7:00 pm Monday, August 3, 2015 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
