78, of Somerville, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

He was born May 26, 1946, in Dayton, to the late Charles H. and Elnora R. (O’Neill) Wall.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his son, Chris Wall; siblings, Jerry O’Neill, Helen O’Neill, and Donnie Wall.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Carla Wall; children, Derrick (Beverly) Wall, Angie Shouse, and Scott (Valerie) Wall; grandchildren, Nathan, Amanda, Matt, Adam, Jason, Jake, Mackenzie, Kyle, Brody, Ethan, and Jacob; 19 great grandchildren; siblings, Mary (Louie) Profitt, Linda (Ronald) Hardin, Lynn (Carol) Wall, and Jim (Brenda) Wall.

Ronnie had a special affinity for the outdoors, particularly fishing. The tranquility of a quiet lake at dawn, the thrill of the catch, and the shared moments with family by the water's edge were some of the things he cherished most. For Ronnie, fishing was more than a hobby; it was a way to connect with nature, find peace, and create lasting memories with those he loved.

At home, Ronnie took pride in caring for his surroundings. His meticulous attention to his yard, especially the time he spent cutting the grass, was a testament to his dedication and his love for his home. It was in these simple tasks that Ronnie found a sense of accomplishment. His well-kept lawn was not just a patch of green but a reflection of his hard work and care. It was a place where he welcomed friends and family, a backdrop for gatherings filled with love and laughter.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 20 from 5-9PM at the home he shared with his wife.
