Rick A. Hunt
57, of Eaton, went to be with the Lord, Friday, July 19, 2024.
He was born December 29, 1966, in Dayton, to the late Arnold and Laura (Reeder) Hunt.
Rick is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Carol Hunt; children, Ricky Hunt, Corey (Ashli Wilson) Hunt, and Shelby Hunt; granddaughter, Piper Hunt; siblings, Kris (Patrick Gingerich) Hunt and David Hunt; aunt, Cricket Reeder; and many more family and friends.
Rick was a man of many passions. He had a special fondness for old television shows, finding joy in the nostalgia and timeless stories that these classic programs offered. Music was another great love in Rick's life; his eclectic taste meant that the sounds of various genres often filled his home, bringing warmth and cheer to those around him. A true tinkerer at heart, Rick could often be found in his garage, working on various projects and finding satisfaction in fixing and creating things. His garage was a sanctuary where his creativity and ingenuity knew no bounds. Rick had a wonderful sense of humor, always ready with a joke or a playful tease. He particularly enjoyed aggravating his beloved wife, Carol, in a way that only deepened their bond and brought smiles to both their faces. Their love was a testament to the joy of companionship and the strength of a shared life.
