It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Lee Tackett (Eaton, Ohio), who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends.
He was pre deceased by his parents, Boyd Tackett and Dorothy Tackett; his brothers, Jerry and Donald Tackett; and sister Anita Susan Walker.
He is survived by his daughters Heather Dawn Tackett; Cara Mae Fisher and son-in-law Brian Fisher, and his siblings, Louise, Margi, Christina and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 3 from 11AM to 1PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, West Alexandria.  A memorial service will begin at 1PM with the burial to follow at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
