Phyllis E. Cushen

Phyllis E. Cushen, 77, of New Lebanon, OH and formerly of Kettering, OH, passed away early Thursday morning September 2, 2021 following an extended illness. Born January 12, 1944 in Dayton, she was one of eight children born to the late Glenn and Mary (Neidermayer) Cushen. She was a graduate of Fairmount High School, attended Miami Jacobs, and had worked for years at a local doctor’s office.

Phyllis is survived by sons William Cushen of Texas and Robert Cushen and wife Kathy of California; 1 grandson; and brother John “Jack” Cushen.
