Philip A. Carlotti

Philip A. Carlotti, age 70, of New Paris, OH, died suddenly on Monday evening, February 2, 2015. Born November 28, 1944 in Albany, NY, he was a son of the late Paul & Elizabeth (Feiaco) Carlotti. A decorated Vietnam War Veteran serving with the US Air Force, he formerly worked at Vindale Mobile Home Construction in Brookville, OH. He then worked in high rise construction for 20 years in Florida; and after returning to Ohio, worked for Larrick's Construction in New Paris. He had many pet birds over the years and enjoyed 60's era muscle cars. Survived by daughter & son-in-law Belinda & Curt Richardson of Eldorado, OH: grandchildren Casey, Josh, Clinton, Katelyn and Dawn: great grandchildren Rayne, Emma, Christopher, Gabriel and Corden: sister Paula Dening of NY: and brother Joey Carlotti of FL.
