Patricia J. Fazel

Patricia J. Fazel, age 76 of Richmond, Indiana passed away suddenly Saturday March 5, 2016 at her home. Born on May 14, 1939 she was the daughter of the late David and Merna (Binkley) Hartman. Patricia worked in production at Green Tokai in Brookville, Ohio and retired after 26 years of service. She enjoyed dancing, especially square-dancing; and she participated in ballroom dancing at Arthur Murray. Patricia loved watching the Cincinnati Red's play ball; as well as the Indianapolis Colts. She loved her family and her grandchildren; she will be truly missed. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by half- sisters Verna Rolf; Phyllis Miller and Louise Hartman: half-brother Lloyd Hartman; step-brother Paul Hartman: and boyfriend Wayne Tompkins. She is survived by children Terry Johnson & Fiancé Arthur Phillips of Richmond; David Fazel & girlfriend Susie Smith of Kettering, OH; Brenda Deaton & boyfriend Scott Bivens of North Carolina: brothers Ronnie & Susie Hartman of Farmersville,OH: Gary & Dee Hartman of Florida; Mike Hartman of Tennessee: 8 grandchildren: 17 great- grandchildren: and best friend Geraldine Atkins of Brookville, A Memorial graveside service will be at 11:00 AM - Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery, West Alexandria.
