Patricia P. Anderson

Patricia P. Anderson, 82, of Eaton, OH, passed away Friday morning, February 5, 2016 following a lengthy illness. Born March 26, 1933 in Eaton, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth E. & Zelpha (Howell) Buckmaster. She worked for over 20 years at her family's restaurant in Eaton, the St. Clair Inn. After leaving the restaurant in 1985, she began babysitting in her home for many years and served two terms on the State of Ohio's Daycare Advisory Council. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the DAV. Pat enjoyed travel and, with her husband, had opportunity to visit the Gulf Coast, the Eastern Seaboard and Canada. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Kimberly J. Rowland in 2007 and step son James D. Anderson. Pat was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was greatly loved and will be forever in the hearts of husband David E. Anderson whom she married November 5, 1963: children Gary E. Rowland of Oneida, NY; Timothy W. Rowland of of Eaton; Deborah S. Brubaker of Gratis, OH; Kevin Scott Anderson of Eaton: step sons Douglas A. Anderson of New Philadelphia, OH; Michael L. Anderson of North Star, OH; Daniel W. Anderson of Ansonia, OH: many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren: sisters and brother Iola Jean O'Dell of Fairborn, OH; Carolyn J. Newman of Troy, OH; Keith A. Buckmaster of Springfield, OH; Kay D. Buckmaster of Eaton: along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at The Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Pastor Shawn Wilges presiding. Burial Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
