Owen Howard

Owen Howard, infant son of Tamara and Terry Howard of West Alexandria, died at 14 weeks gestation. In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers and sister Aiden, Preston, Isaiah, Brian and Gracie; maternal grandparents Trina Young and Stewart Burnett of Covington, KY, and Joseph Ritchie of Washington Court House, OH; and paternal grandmother Mary Jane Howard of West Alexandria. Little Owen is preceded in death by paternal grandfather Chuck Howard and infant sister Lillian, No services will be held.
