Nelson Mcmurray

Nelson McMurray, 84, of West Alexandria, OH passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Born May 20, 1932 in Scott County, VA, he was a son of the late Leroy & Grace (Mullins) McMurray. Nelson retired from the Inland Division of General Motors and was a member of the Eaton Eagles #2202. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife Esther McMurray; brothers Steve, Tom, Bill and Gary McMurray; sister Lucille McMurray. Survived by wife Nancy McMurray whom he married in 2006; grandson Ronnie Wick; granddaughter Bonnie Tuck; sister Jewel McMurray; brother Danny McMurray; and his little buddy Cristen Gabber. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Arvil Dean presiding. Burial Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
