Neil E. Drummond

Neil E. Drummond, 81, of Lewisburg, OH, passed away late Thursday evening, October 5, 2017 at the The Otterbein in Lebanon. He was born January 2, 1936 in Parkersburg, WV to the late Ralph L. and Jessie M. (Ingram) Drummond. Neil was a retired plumber and pipe fitter whom had had worked the local union. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Eaton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death on September 8, 2017 by beloved wife of nearly 58 years, Carol Jeanette Della (Catlett) Drummond, whom he married in December of 1959. Neil is survived by daughter and son-in-law Terri and Jeremy McCloskey of Lebanon, OH and their son Jesse McCloskey of Montgomery, New York. It was Neil's wishes to keep things simple upon his passing. In honor of his request, the will be no public visitation or services; and a brief, private remembrance will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest beside his wife at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens.
