Nathan David- Paul Phillips

Nathan David Paul Phillips, of New Madison, Ohio was the newborn son to Toni Lynn Ison and Justin Michael Phillips. He was born on, and passed away, June 14, 2015 at Greenville Hospital. His stay was much too short, but he is now one of God's little angels. Nathan is preceded in death by his grandpa Paul Edward Phillips, Jr. Baby Nathan is survived by parents Toni Ison and Justin Phillips: maternal grandparents Debra Reeder of Richmond, IN; Tony & Sondra Ison of New Madison: paternal grandparents Mike & Melinda Gibson of West Alexandria, OH: brother Kolton Elmore and sister Starlynn Ison: uncle Steven Gibson: aunt Mika Gibson: as well as numerous more aunts and uncles on the mothers side.
