Nancy L. Combs

Nancy L. Combs, age 77, of Eaton, OH, passed away Friday afternoon, August 29, 2014. Born May 16, 1937, in Xenia, OH, she was a daughter of the late Clarence E. & Viola M. (Hazard) Rhubert. She retired after 28 years from Food Filters in Eaton and was a member of the AFL-CIO Textile Workers Union. An animal lover and animal advocate, she enjoyed working word puzzles; was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the FOE of Eaton: social member of the Eaton VFW, and former member of the Eaton American Legion Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Andrew Combs on October 20, 2006: son Stephen A. Combs on May 25, 2000: brother Roger Rhubert and sister Marilyn Caldwell. Nancy is survived by son & partner Jeff T. Combs & Kirk Johns of Louisville, KY: nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
