Marsha Lynn O’Dell

Marsha Lynn (Moberly) O'Dell, 59, of Richmond, IN, passed unexpectedly on Thursday, July, 2, 2020 at Reid Hospital in Richmond. Born October 4, 1960 in Richmond, a daughter of Marshall Clyde and Jacqueline (Burns) Moberly. She attended Richmond Community Schools and graduated in 1979 from Northeastern High School in Fountain City. A member of Bethel Chapel Church in Richmond, Marsha formerly worked part time as a caregiver in home healthcare. She spent most of her life serving the Lord and loved her church family. Her children and grandchildren were her life. She loved to help anyone she could and loved fellowshipping with her friends. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Marsha is survived by husband of 15 years Rodney E. O'Dell, Sr.; her children Chris (Misti) Williams of Richmond, Angela Yates of Richmond, Heather Williams of Selma, IN, Sierra (Dale) Davis of Williamsburg, IN, Angel O'Dell (Bill) of Franklin, OH, Rodney (Aaryn) O'Dell, Jr. of Middletown, OH; adopted daughters Rachael Bass and Lynn VanWinkle; 15 grandchildren Naomi, Olivia, Caitlyne, Wyatt, Taylar, Karlie, Sophia, Kohl, Bennett, Warren, Canaan, Gaige, Kaydence, Jacelin and Jack; mother Jacqueline Moberly; siblings Bob (Bonnie) Moberly, Anthony (Teresa) Moberly, Helen (David) Johnson, Wanda (Greg) Wilmoth, Gina Barancin, and Loretta Smith; along with numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by father Marshall Clyde Moberly; brother Perry Moberly; sister Jenny Moberly; and both maternal and paternal grandparents. Friends may call on the family from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 2020 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH (Rt. 35 between Eaton and West Alexandria). The funeral service will follow at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Doug Cornett presiding.
