Margaret A. Leach

Margaret A. Leach, 77, of Camden, OH, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday morning, August 1, 2020. Born on May 26, 1943 in New Lebanon, she was the second oldest of 7 children born to the late Howard and Louise (Mowen) Moses. She worked as an LPN for over 25 years, first in Louisiana, and then for 15 years at the Preble County Home in Eaton. Margaret loved to sew and quilt, flower and vegetable gardening and canning. She was a member of the F.O.E 2202 of Eaton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death in 1991 by husband Tom Leach, whom she married in 1976; daughter Teresa McCown on August 17, 2019; first husband Olen W. McTeer in 2004; sisters Nancy Wikle, and Barbara Mowery; and infant brother John Moses. Margaret is survived by children Glenn McTeer of Camden, Kimloe McTeer and wife Dawn of New Paris, and Penny Boomershine and husband "Boomer" of Eaton; grandchildren Kyle (Bridgette) McTeer, Justin McTeer, Suzanne (Darian) Ascoli, Alexandra McTeer, Samantha McCown, Geneva (Chris) Marcum and Jesse Marcum; great grandchildren Cheyanne and Hailey McTeer, Austin, Kirstin and Gavin Scott, Layla and Colton McTeer, Seth, Selena and Connor Smith, Rowan Ascoli and James Turner; great great grandchildren Erica and Gunner Scott; brothers and sister Jim Moses of Germantown, Susie Moses of Camden and Bill Moses of Waynesville; and special friend and aide for 10 years Sherry Turner of Eaton. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the caregivers and staff of Viaquest Hospice for their kindness and excellent care.
