Lois J Lainhart

Lois J. Lainhart, age 74, of Eaton, OH, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday morning, July 26, 2014 surrounded by her loving family, following an extended illness. Born August 24, 1939 in Bond, KY, she was a daughter of the late Pleas & Margie Marie (Davis) Truett. Lois retired in 2000 after 23 years from Baxter in Eaton having worked in the Quality Control Department, Group Leader, and Production Operator. She was a member of Eaton Baptist Temple and enjoyed sewing and bowling. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death on June 26, 2001 by beloved husband Arthur J. Lainhart: sister and brothers Rosalene Day, Herman Truett, Bill Truett and Paul Truett. Survived by sons Bart (Heather) Lainhart & Bill Lainhart both of Eaton: grandsons Noah Lainhart and Daniel Brown: brothers Cecil Truett of Troy, MI; and Maurice "Doc" Truett of Miamisburg, OH: sisters Judy Starnes of Gaston, SC; Loretta Hoskins of Lake Placid, FL; and Joyce Hupp of Blanchester, OH; and special friend Linda Easton of Eaton. Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 29, 2014 11:00 AM at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. Pastor Lowell T. Spencer presiding. Friends may call on the family at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday July 28, 2014 and one hour prior to the service.
