Larry A. Williams

Larry A. Williams 75, of Eaton, went to be with the Lord, Monday, March 15, 2021. He was born August 22, 1945 in Eaton, to the late Thurman "Brownie" A. and Hazel M. (Neaves) Williams. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his siblings, Marvin T. Williams, Rosetta M. Miller, and Janice D. George. He is survived by his caregiver and former wife, Linda (Tamplin) Miller; brother, Bob (Karen) Williams; sister, Shirley Fox; daughters, Angela (Jamie) Parker and Christina (Bob) Klosterman; step-children, Darren (Kathy) Richards and Dawn (Danny) Voyles; bonus daughter, Jada (Mike) McIntosh; grandchildren, Darren Michael (Emily) Richards, Christina (Chad Jones) Parker, Jimmy (Amy) Parker, Kirstyn Richards, Jacob Richards, Sylvia Richards, Tayler McIntosh, Alex McIntosh, and Sarah McIntosh; great grandchildren, Emma, Sage, Wyatt, Hudson, Zoey, and one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews, and beloved pets. Larry worked for many years at Kroger in Greenville and also as a security officer. He was incredibly talented at making crosses by cross-stitch and his greatest joy in life was being with his pets, kids, and grandbabies. The family will receive friends Friday, March 19 from 11AM to 12PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, West Alexandria. The funeral service will begin at 12PM with Pastor Raymond Rothwell officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
