Larry Eugene Geeting

Larry Eugene Geeting, age 75, entered the Heavenly Gates on Saturday, November 21, 2020. He was born October 2, 1945 in Wayne County, Indiana to the late Arthur and Evalyn (Cottingham) Geeting. Graduated from Eaton High School in 1963. Served his country proudly as a Marine during Vietnam. Graduated from Wright State University with a BA in Secondary Education. Worked 33 years at GM Delco Products. Larry enjoyed being at home and spending time with his family. He loved all his pets especially Pretty Girl, Bella who met him in heaven with her favorite frisbee. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sisters. He is survived by beloved wife of 48 years Bonnie. Two wonderful sons and daughters-in-law Andrew (Jeanette) Geeting, Alex (Allison) Geeting all of West Alexandria, Ohio. Two cherished grandsons Nathan Wysong and Asher Geeting. Sister, Linda Phillips of Eaton, Ohio. Brother, Arthur (Dona) Geeting of New Lebanon, Ohio. A special sister-in-law Rebecca Karns of Texas. Numerous nephews and nieces and extended family whom he thought a lot of. His best childhood friend Donald (Bonnie) Smith of Eaton, Ohio. Two good friends from his Delco days Ray Cowhen of Dayton, Ohio and Bob Johnson of Eaton, Ohio. He will be missed by his best friends Bentley, Remington, Bailey, and Archie-Woody. Services will be in private with family and presided over by Stan and Karen Cole. The family requests no floral or gift tributes, please.
