Keith L. Rogers, 90, of Eaton, OH, passed away Friday morning, December 22, 2017. Born February 6, 1927 in Jamestown, OH, he was a son of the late Loren and Eva (Hite) Rogers. He retired after 29 years as the vocational agriculture instructor at Twin Valley South High School. Following his retirement from teaching, he worked with the Preble County Soil and Water Conservation District where he worked as a technician, taught the educational programming, and did field work. He built a log cabin in Dyers Bay, Ontario, Canada where he and his wife lived year-round from 1988 to 2001. Keith was baptized in 1953 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and was a member of the Eaton Kingdom Hall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death on January 3, 2005 by beloved wife Patricia L. (O'Bryant) Rogers, whom he married June 15, 1950; and brother Roger Rogers. Survived by children Kraig Rogers and wife Maxine of Eaton, Miriam Rogers of Eaton, Renee Craig and husband Troy of West Alexandria, and Bryan Rogers and wife Lori of Lewisburg: granddaughter Dana Ronnebaum and husband Aaron of Centerville, OH: great granddaughter Jayden Wilkin: brother Max M. Rogers and wife Jane of Middletown along with two nieces and their families. Friends may call on the family from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses - 229 Wayne Trace Rd. - Eaton, OH. Services will follow at 3:00 PM with brother Dale Norris presiding. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Eaton Kingdom Hall or to Hospice of Dayton.
