Karen Coffman

Karen M. Coffman, age 68, of Eldorado, OH, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family, on Saturday morning, September 1, 2012. Karen was born in West Manchester, OH and was the daughter of the late Edward & Alma May (Hall) Hartshorne. She retired after 28 years from Corning Glass in Greenville, OH as a Quality Inspector and Machinist. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother Gerald Hartshorne. A loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by husband of 49 years Gary A. Coffman, Sr.: children Rebecca Petry & husband Mark; Gary Coffman, Jr., and wife Sue; Christine Patton & Layo Hernandez; and Michelle Gilbert & husband Jim all of Eldorado: numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren: brother Gary Hartshorne & wife Cindy of Fremont, OH: sister-in-law Sandy Hartshorne of Clyde, OH: sister-in-law Sally Klinski of Clyde: brothers-in-law Harley "Butch" Coffman of Eldorado; Neil Coffman & wife Janet of Eaton, OH: sister-in-law Elaine Pelfrey of Sullivan, MO. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM Saturday, September 8, 2012 at AmVets Post 726 - 340 W. Mill St. - Eldorado, OH.
