Jonathan S. Cairo

Jonathan S. Cairo, 50, of Dayton, OH, passed away suddenly on Friday morning, August 3, 2018 at his home. Born December 3, 1967, he was a son of the late Louis Cairo and Glynda (Hoskins) Kennedy. He worked as a machinist for over 15 years with Custom Nickel LLC of Dayton. He enjoyed laughing and joking with friends and family; enjoyed shooting; and was a collector of all things Marvel Comics. In addition to his parents, Jon is preceded in death by his 4 legged buddy Hank in 2015. Survived by daughter Ashley Cairo of Dayton; brothers Robert Cairo and wife Amy of Kettering, Matt Cairo and wife Patricia of Dayton; step sister Tootie Cairo of Carlisle; best friend and mother of Ashley Marty Jones of Dayton; special nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and a host of friends. A celebration of Jonathan's life will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Parkview Community Center - 4100 Glenheath Dr., Kettering, OH - 45440 from 1:00 - 3:30 PM.
