John "Rick" Koenig

John "Rick" Koenig, 68, of Lewisburg, OH died Wednesday, August 28, 2013. He was born in Portsmouth, OH on January 13, 1945 to the late William and Anna Louise (Murfin) Koenig. He was an Army Veteran and Electrician and belonged to the IBEW Local 82, the Masonic Lodge #0482, the 32 Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, and the Manchester Vets Club. He is survived by his wife: Marjorie C (Horine) Koenig of Lewisburg, OH, his son: Hans (DeeDee) Koenig of Lewisburg, OH, his daughter: Gretchen (George) Melvin of Amelia, OH, his brother: Jim (Wilma) Koenig of West Alexandria, OH, his sister: Brenda (Dennis) Miller of Davison, MI, and 4 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, Sept 2, at Wrightsville, OH on the riverbank, with Wilson Home for Funerals handling the local arrangements. An additional memorial service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Robert L Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens in West Alexandria, OH.
