Jimmie Ruth Leis

Jimmie Ruth Leis, 82, of New Lebanon, OH, passed away Friday morning, December 14, 2018. Born April 30, 1936 in Cleveland, TN, she was the daughter of the late James and Ruth (Ogle) Leis. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death on February 12, 2003 by beloved husband Paul R. Leis, Sr. whom she married on September 3, 1955; and brothers Coy and Johnnie Gregg. She is survived by children Paul R. Leis, Jr. of Dayton, Karen Curry of Eaton, David Leis of W. Va., Donna Leis-Layer of Miamisburg, and Joel Leis of Miamisburg; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; and brother Melvin Gregg of Cleveland, TN. Friends may call on the family from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
