Janice K. Gulley

Janice K. Gulley, 72, formerly of Brookville, OH, of Cumberland Gap, TN, passed away early Sunday morning, August 23, 2020 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. Born January 25, 1948 in Clairfield, TN, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Roxie (Weaver) Leffew. Janice retired after 31 years with Green Tokai in Brookville. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed going to garage sales. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by grandson Ricky Banks, Jr.; and sister Brenda Leffew. Survived by son Scott Gulley and wife Jodi of New Lebanon, OH; daughter Melissa Banks and husband Rick of Lewisburg, OH; grandchildren Travis Brown and wife Stephanie, Rodney Gulley and wife Ashley, Joseph Gulley and wife Rebecca, Cody Bacher, Jonathan Gulley and wife Victoria, Zacharie Banks and wife Alyssa, and Porsche Banks; great grandchildren Ava, Sophia, Christian, Maverick, Ayden, Bryson, Olivia, Ryleigh, Skyler, Kylie, Hayley, Chevelle, Tessa, Nicolle, Zailey, Zoelle and Aden; sisters Deloris Gibson of Justice, IL, Faye Mozingo of Harrogate, TN, Ruth Gulley of Dayton, OH, and Deborah Brummitt of Cumberland Gap. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Kenneth Brummitt presiding. Burial will follow at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery. Attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings and social distance while indoors at the funeral home.
