James H. “Shorty” Clark

James H. "Shorty" Clark, a.k.a. James Robert Clark, 36 of New Paris, OH and formerly of Richmond, IN, passed away suddenly on April 28, 2021. He was born in Dallas, TX on February 4, 1985. He is survived by his mother Vicki "Vee" Clark and her partner Tami Freeman; children Alexis and Jami Clark; son Corbyn Clark and his mother Chloe Dillow; second mom Diana Dillow who had been a part of his life for a long time; like a sister Brianna Dillow; brother Jeremy Clark; Bri's son Kyson Austin; mother to Alexis and Jami Heather Clark; and a host of other family and too many friends to list. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021at Glenn Miller Park in Richmond at Shelter # 2, from 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
