Jack W. Weldy

Age 64 of Eldorado, OH passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, March 28, 2022, in Columbus, OH. He was born on September 28, 1957, in Greenville, OH to Jack and Ruth (Buckingham) Weldy.

Jack was so many things to so many people, always willing to lend a helping hand and be there when you needed him. Dependable is the perfect word to describe him. He enjoyed being with his family and working in other people’s garages, driveways, and sheds. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed golfing and fishing with his grandkids. He was always down for adventures and doing whatever made his family happy. Jack made lots of memories, that will be cherished for many years, with his wife, siblings, children, grandchildren and great grandchild. He attended Community of Faith in Eaton and Lewisburg. He will be truly missed by all those he loved.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 43 years; Ruth (Caylor) Weldy, his 2 children; Jackson (Lindsey) Weldy and Christina (Chad) Loveless, grandchildren; Kearstin, Christian and Kassie Loveless and Parker and Ava Weldy, favorite great grandson; Weston, siblings; Connie (Phil) Best, Ruth Ann (Mike) Oliver, Donna Zimmerman, Bret (April) Weldy, Fern Detrick and Paul (Dawn) Palser, a sister-in-law; Wilma Weldy along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Steve Weldy, brother-in-law; Mike Detrick, nephew; Roger Renz and his beloved dog; Jasper.

A visitation for Jack will be held at Community of Faith in Lewisburg, OH (400 North Commerce St) on Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 10:30AM to 12:30PM with a memorial service to follow at 12:30PM with Pastor Justin Wiegand officiating. For condolences please visit: www.rlcfc.com
