Helen M. Coleman, age 47 of Dayton, Ohio and formerly of Casper, Wyoming, passed away suddenly on Friday evening, September 5, 2014 in Auglaize County. Born June 22, 1967 in Tacoma Washington, she is the daughter of Patrick and Charlene (Sprester) Coleman. Helen was an Early Literacy Curriculum Specialist in the Dayton Public School system, and enjoyed riding her Harley, boating, and the outdoors. Helen loved her children more than life itself, and will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by sister Kelley Coleman Williams and brother John T. Coleman. Survived by daughter Kelsey Derringer of Dayton and son Billy Derringer of Brookville, OH: parents Patrick Coleman of Brookville, OH and mother Charlene McClain of Kingsport, TN: brothers Patrick Coleman; and Walter McClain of Bellbrook OH. A Memorial Service will be held for Helen at 3:00 pm Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH.
