Glenna Howard

Glenna C. Howard, 69, a 38 year resident of West Manchester, OH, passed away suddenly, Friday, October 21, 2011. Glenna was born in Israel Twp. and was a lifelong resident of Preble County. She had worked 13 years for Baxter Corp. in Eaton and 8 years for Green-Tokai in Brookville. She helped to establish the M.R.D.D. in Preble County and was known as a second mother to many children over the years in West Manchester. She was a faithful Christian and was a member of the Church of God. She is preceded in death by mother Mary L. Jackson in 1999. Survived by children Robert C. Howard & wife Brenda of Middletown, OH; Robin C. Steele of West Manchester; and Ronald C. Howard & wife Amy of Eaton, OH: grandchildren Amber Howard, Ashley Howard, Mackenzie Minor, Dioni N. Howard, Taylor C. Howard, Trever E. Dalton Howard, Abigail C. Howard and Magdelynn R. Howard: 4 great grandchildren: former husband Robert C. Howard of Eaton: and special friend Muriel Childers. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria. Pastor Linda Evans presiding.
