Glenn Stamper, of West Alexandria, passed away Sun., December 4, 2011 following a lengthy illness. Born in Jeffersonville, KY, he was a son of the late Green B. & Nettie (Brewer) Stamper. He served in the US Army during the Korean War and retired from Inland Division of GM in 1978. Survived by wife of 54 years Daphne (Combs) Stamper; a large loving family and a host of loyal friends. Friends may call on the family from 12 - 2 PM Wed., December 7, at the Robt. L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria. Services at 2 PM with Pastor Jerry Carter presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent DePaul. Online guestbook and condolences at www.rlcfc.com.
