Ginger S. Freeman, 62, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at her home. Ginger was a daughter of the late Deward & Betty (Garner) Salley. Ginger served with the US Army WACS during the Vietnam War from 1970 - 1973. She worked 11 years for the Army Corp of Engineers and designed the "Tri-State" emblem still in use today. She also previously worked for NCR and the Preble County Branch of the American Cancer Society. Ginger enjoyed spending time with family and friends, enjoyed her bling, visiting the casino, going out to dinner and the movies. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sister Jean A. Miller on January 6, 2013. Survived by son Richard Freeman & companion Tabitha Williams of Piqua, OH; daughter Bobbi Brush of Eaton: grandchildren Shyanne Freeman, Brittany Freeman, Marae Gregory, Desiree WrightAshley Brown, Caila Brush, Jamie Brush, Havana Jenkins and Jazmyn Brush: sisters Debbie Napier of New Paris, OH and Lora Spence of Brookville, OH: and niece Tammy Richards.
