Edward J. Mayabb, age 77 of New Lebanon, OH passed away Wednesday July 27, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, OH. Born March 07, 1939 he was the son to the late Jewel and Esther (Lawson) Mayabb. Edward was a 1957 graduate of Roosevelt High School. Ed retired after 34 years of service from Harrison Radiator. He was a United States Army Veteran, having served from 1961-63. He enjoyed woodworking; showing old cars; gardening; and spending time with family. He was a member of Trinity Lighthouse church in Dayton. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brother-in-law Hardin Risner. Survived by his wife Sandra "Lou" Mayabb who he married Aug 5, 1961: daughter Edie & Jeff Thennisch of Clarkston, MI: grandsons Zachary & Ethan Thennisch of MI: sisters Doloris Risner of New Lebanon; Ilene & Dan Orrill of Englewood: special friends Dick & Townsel: as well as many more friends and family members. Friends may call of the family from 5:00- 7:00 PM Sunday July 31, 2016 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center, West Alexandria. Funeral service to be held at NOON Monday Aug 1, 2016 at the Trinity Lighthouse church - 4701 Fredrick PK, Dayton, Ohio 45414- Burial to follow at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria.
