Edward Tracy Brown

Edward T. Brown,

Age 85, of New Lebanon, OH, passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. He was
born on March 22, 1938, in Dayton, OH, to Stephen R. Brown and Glendora E. (Tracy) Brown.

Edward enjoyed sports and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He coached and umped all kinds of little league sports and enjoyed working with kids. During his stent in the Air Force, he was a weatherman, and after 20 years was only wrong on his forecast once. He was an all-American man and proud veteran. Edward was the best grandpa and great grandpa you could ever have asked for. He will truly be missed by all those who knew him.

Edward is preceded in death by his parents, his two brothers; Charlie and Donald, and his sister; Dorothy. He leaves behind his loving wife of 64 years; Margaret, his two children; Russell (Roberta) Brown and Tracy (Michael) Sturgill, his wonderful grandchildren; Taga, Kimberly, Joshua, Russell II, Justin, Anthony, and Eden, along with his precious great grandchildren; Macy, Ethan, Colin, Rosemarie, Caitlynne, Liam, Asterid, and Ewan, his sister; Ruth Ann, and his brother; Bill.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center, with a funeral starting promptly at 12:00PM. A burial will follow at 2:00PM at Dayton National Cemetery. For condolences, please visit: www.rlcfc.com.
