Douglas W. Munn

69, of Brookville, Oh, passed away Monday afternoon December 6, 2021 at Hospice of Miami County. Born February 7, 1952, he was one of six children born to the late Wayne and Maxine (Loomis) Munn. On August 29, 1987, he married his sweetheart Jacqueline Lyons. Doug worked for over 30 years as a sheet metal fabricator for Luk-Jan Manufacturing in Huber Heights, retiring on his birthday in 2020. He and his brothers were good carpenters and Doug enjoyed woodworking, fishing, landscaping around the house, watching the Bengals, OSU and old westerns on tv.

Doug is survived by his wife of 34 years Jackie; sons Cody Munn of Brookville and Travis Munn and wife Ashley of Verona, and their sons Dalton and Brycen; brothers and sisters Gary Munn of Brookville, Phyllis (Mike) Schlinder of Brookville, Nancy (Bill) Romine of Kettering, Jim Munn of Englewood, Sue Munn of Brookville; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on the family from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center – 3377 US Rt. 35 E. – West Alexandria, OH. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Rick Gutheil officiating. Burial in Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
