Doris Louise Silvers, age 90 of Greenville, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at The Village Green Healthcare Center in Greenville, OH. Born on July 11, 1927 she was one of four daughters to the late Amps & Verna Alice (Little) Lawson. Louise was a member of the First Assembly of God church in Greenville. She enjoyed reading, word puzzles, and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by first husband Clem Cooley, Jr; husband Glenn R. Silvers: daughter Janet L. Scott: sisters Maxine Hicks; Billie Simpson; Joyce Bryant: grandson Duane Sease. Survived by children LeAnna & Robert Madsen; Gary & Kim Cooley; Mary & Ed Worley; John & Mary Cooley: sister Sandy & David Foudray: grandchildren Loretta Scott; Christy Sease; Brooks & Jamie Sease; Jamie & Bill Broach; Theresa & Jeremy Neff: great-grandchildren Bill, Liam, Keely, Laine and Noah: great-great-grandchildren Kevannah and Caden: as well as many more friends and family members. The family would like to extend gratitude to the staff at The Village Green & Hospice for the exceptional care provided to Louise.
