Doris Bell

Doris E. Bell, age 84, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly Thursday morning October 13, 2011. Born in New Lebanon, OH, she was a daughter of the late Irvin E. & Minnie M. (Cordes) Erisman. She retired from the Farmers Home Administration office in Greenville, OH. For many years, Doris served as the Township Clerk for Monroe Township in Preble County and formerly worked as the secretary for Monroe High School. She was a longtime member of the West Manchester United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband of 47 years Richard Bell on February 4, 1994: and by sister Pauline Loxley. To Doris, her family was the center of her world. She is survived by children Melinda S. Hill of Erlanger, KY, with whom she made her home for the last year; Gary R. Bell & wife Darlene of Brookville, OH; and Suzanne Rivers & husband Rick of Eaton: 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren: brother Robert Erisman & wife Darlyne of Sun City Center, FL: and many nieces and nephews.
