Donald W. Lesnau, 74, of Lewisburg, OH passed away on Saturday morning, September 7, 2019. Don was born October 10, 1944 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Frances Joseph and Pearl Hope (Moore) Lesnau. He served as a police officer with the City of Dayton from July of 1967 until December of 1992 and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He loved all kinds of music and enjoyed reading, Stephen King movies, making ceramics and latch hook rugs. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sister Janice Anne Lesnau on May 6, 1996. Don's family was always his greatest love. He is survived by beloved wife Pam S. (Finn) Lesnau whom he married December 19, 1968; children Ronald Alan Lesnau and wife Karen of Bedford, PA; Lisa Marie Landerer and husband Walter of Lewisburg; Vicki Lynn Ward of Lewisburg; and Sarah Lynn Woodward and husband Mauricio Perez of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren Donald Lesnau, II and wife Samantha, Jordan Guirino and wife Stephanie, Cameron Gayheart and wife Megan, Braden Gayheart and wife Kristen, Jaden Irwin, Deztiny Landerer, Nathan Ward and Breanna Ward; great grandchildrenWhitley, Piper and Jaxson Guirino and Kyson Gayheart. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
