Dee Kautz

Dee Kautz 63, of New Lebanon, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021. She was born June 30, 1957 in Kingsport, Tennessee to the late Glen C. and Shirley A. (Davis) Flanigan. In addition to her parents, Dee was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Stephanie; brother, Joe Flanigan; sister, Brenda Boyd; and mother-in-law, Charlotte Kautz. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Steve Kautz; children, Amy (Matt) Mitchell, J.C. (Rachel) Keyser, and Steven Kautz; grandchildren, Wyatt, Austin, Ashford, Mamie, and Josie; siblings, Dennis (Becky) Flanigan and Diane Taylor; and many more family and friends. Dee had been a long-standing member of Farmersville First Baptist Church, served on the New Lebanon Fire Auxiliary, and worked at Speedway in New Lebanon for 27 years. She was a proud grandmother who deeply loved her grandkids. Burial will take place at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville, for family and friends.
