Dean James Strouse
54 of New Paris, Ohio peacefully passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
He was born January 2,1968 in Muncie, Indiana to Michael and Ronda (Whalen) Strouse.
In addition to his father, Dean was preceded in death by his Grandfather James Whalen, Grandmother, Virginia (Young) Whalen, and Nephew, Matthew Williams.
He is survived by his loving mother, Ronda Strouse; brother; Rob (Debbie) Strouse of Columbus, OH, sister; Monique (Shane) Williams of Liberty Township, OH, and Nieces/Nephews, Lynsey, Michael, Tristan, and Noah and many other loving family members.
He graduated from National Trail High School in 1986 where he lettered in Football and Basketball. He previously was employed with Wayne Corporation and Kemper Cabinets. He enjoyed restoring costly antique items and bringing the item back to a value, in addition to having an astounding amount of knowledge for comic books, music, movies and artwork. He also was a very talented artist himself and enjoyed playing the piano.
He was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He grew up in the town of New Paris, which he loved and lived all his life. He would always greet others with a smile, and good conversation. He had a way of leaving you with useful knowledge and laughter. We all are blessed to have known him and will always love and miss him.
Celebration of life for Dean to be held at a later date.
