Constance S. Fogt

Constance S. "Connie" Fogt, 73, of Moraine, OH, passed away early Monday morning, May 22, 2017, following a short illness. Connie was born December 18, 1943, a daughter of the late Ivan and Grace (Gillman) Stiver. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she will be greatly missed by all who loved her and knew her. She worked 19 years at the General Motors Moraine Assembly Plant. Following retirement, she and husband Donald spent 8 months of the year in the Tampa, FL area. She enjoyed boating, reading and watching her favorite soap operas on TV. In addition to her parents, Connie is preceded in death by husband Donald E. Fogt, Sr. on December 31, 2013, and brother Nick Stiver.. She is survived by her children Donald E. (Betty) Fogt, Jr. of Amelia, OH; Kevin W. (Nora) Fogt of Eaton, OH; Chuck O. (Shannon) Fogt of St. Augustine, FL; and Tonya L. (David) Back of Moraine: grandchildren Kyle (Kari) Fogt, Stephanie Fogt, Macy Fogt, Devin Fogt, Bella Fogt, Craig (Mari) Fogt, Rebecca Hartman, Brandon Hartman, Travis Roark, Dylan Roark, Brandon Roark, Megan Tucker, Robin Tucker and Stacey Tucker: great grandchildren Sebastian Hartman, Adrian Samijon, Ethan Fogt and Adalynn Tucker: brothers and sisters Jack Stiver of Beavercreek, OH; Jerry Stiver of West Carrollton, OH; Sandy Brown of Germantown, OH; Jean Hammons of Germantown, OH; Sharon Prewitt of West Carrollton, OH; John Stiver of Dayton, OH; and Jill Stiver of Moraine, OH: special friends Barbara Bailey of West Carrollton, OH and Dorothy Combs of Moraine, OH. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Thursday, May, 25, 2017 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH.
