Charlotte A. "Charlie" Leinbach

Charlotte Ann "Charlie" Leinbach, 69, of Vandalia, OH and formerly of Eaton, OH, passed away Thursday morning, April 7, 2016. Born November 14, 1946, she was a daughter of the late James A. & Patty Lou (Tuterow) Sweet. She was retired after 20+ years from the Accounting Department of the law firm Horenstein, Nicholson and Blumenthal of Dayton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husbands Richard Parcells, Glenn Morrissey and Charles "Bud" Leinbach. Charlie was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. Her love will continue to live on in the hearts and lives of those who loved her and knew her best. Survived by sons Tracy and Richard Parcells of Vandalia: grandchildren September Parcells and Christopher Reynolds: great granddaughter Annabeth Reynolds: step children Becky (Allen) Williams, Barbara Price and Carol Leinbach: step grandchildren Missy and Amber Williams. A graveside memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery, 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. Arrangements entrusted to the Robert L.
