68, of Eaton, suddenly went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 12, 2022.

He was born December 18, 1953 in Dayton, to the late Chester E. and Collette A. (Bowman) Hall.

Carter is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Carolyn Hall; stepchildren, Vicky, Toney, and Terry; step grandchildren, Robert, Jamie, Jeremy, Aaron, and Tabitha; several step-great grandchildren; and special friends, Mike and Ted.

A graveside service will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 at 2PM at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery, West Alexandria.
