Avonelle Jane Fahrenholz

Avonelle Jane Fahrenholz , age 101 of West Alexandria, Ohio passed away peacefully Saturday morning June 25, 2016, at Hospice of Dayton. Born February 27, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Pearl and Nellie (McClung) Miller. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Everett Fahrenholz : brother Paul Miller: nephew Greg Miller. Survived by daughter Nancy Fahrenholz & son John Michael (Shirleann) Fahrenholz: grandchildren John (Anna) Fahrenholz; Mariann (Jennifer) Fahrenholz Day; Jacob (Erica) Fahrenholz: great- grandchildren Isabella, William, Daniel and Lucas Fahrenholz; Abigail, Annie and Andrew Fahrenholz Day; Jacob and Avonelle Fahrenholz: niece Marilyn (Robert) Tuvell. Jane was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in West Alexandria, as well as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion #322. She enjoyed playing golf, tennis, bridge and was an avid reader. Jane loved watching the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cincinnati Bengals. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
